When you use Sprouted, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, and any text you submit to the Service ("brain dumps," prompts, and messages). We also automatically collect technical data such as IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent, and interaction data. We use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information. By using the Service, you consent to this collection.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Service; (b) train, fine-tune, and develop our AI models and systems; (c) personalise your experience; (d) send you service-related communications, product updates, and marketing messages; (e) analyse usage patterns and trends; (f) detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; (g) comply with legal obligations; and (h) enforce our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to use aggregated and anonymised data derived from your information for any purpose without restriction.

While you may configure your browser to refuse certain cookies, doing so may impair your ability to use the Service. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals at this time.

6. AI Model Training
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to Sprouted using your User Content, interaction data, and usage patterns to train, evaluate, and improve Sprouted's AI models and systems. This includes the content of your brain dumps, your journey goals, and how you interact with AI-generated outputs. This data may be used indefinitely for these purposes. Anonymised and aggregated versions of this data may also be shared with research partners or used in published research.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and accept no liability for unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data.
